About Us
Over the last 35 years, We have grown into a medium-sized construction company capable of handling large-scale contracts across various sectors. We specialise in building mini factory complexes, warehouses, office parks, shopping centers and homes of distinction.
Mark Forssman
Having founded the business in 1988, Mark has grown Forz from a small enterprise into a well-respected mid-sized construction company.
In his 35 years at the helm, Mark has been involved in a wide variety of projects. His technical expertise and experience are invaluable in the successful delivery of complex projects. Mark is involved in al spectrums of Forz Construction project.
Chris Forssman
After completing his BSc (Hons) in Construction Management at the University of Witwatersrand (WITS), Chris joined one of the “Big 4” listed construction companies for several years before relocating to the UAE to work for ALEC-LLC. Chris gained vital experience on large-scale projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi before returning to SA and bringing the lessons learned back with him to Forz Construction. Chris oversees all sites, from costings through to programming and site management.
